Our Pricing
for any job

At Novoville Shared Repairs, our fees are tailored to the cost of your repair/maintenance job, ranging from less than 1% (for expensive jobs) to 5% (for smaller jobs), with a minimum fee of £20 and a maximum of £899. This flexible pricing, inclusive of VAT, offers value and transparency for every project, big or small.

This commission is a management fee which is split across all participants in the Scheme. Be reminded that you can be a user of the app while being outside of the ongoing Scheme of work.

Finally, you are not paying for the app when you are not using it or do not have ongoing maintenance or repair jobs. Also, you will not pay for any subscriptions to novoville if you are a registered user on the app.
