Novoville to Deliver Shared Works for WMCA’s Warm Homes Programme
11-02-2026
BY EFI NIOMA
Novoville has been selected by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) to deliver the Shared Works platform under a new multi-year contract.
Shared Works by Novoville will enable WMCA, local authorities, and housing associations across the West Midlands to manage the delivery of the UK Government’s Warm Homes programme—supporting large-scale improvements in home energy efficiency and helping address fuel poverty.
With £13bn committed nationally, Warm Homes is one of the UK’s most ambitious retrofit programmes. Successfully delivering initiatives of this scale requires joined-up delivery, real-time visibility, and strong data foundations. Novoville’s technology is built to support exactly this: simplifying coordination across organisations, improving operational oversight, and enabling smarter decisions throughout multi-year programmes.
Shared Works offers a single digital framework for collaborative delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation programmes, while also providing residents with a clear, end-to-end digital experience to stay informed and engaged.
We look forward to working closely with WMCA and partners across the region to support the delivery of warmer, more energy-efficient homes throughout the West Midlands.
